Strengthening the link between health facilities, communities and schools, with specific attention to excluded young people. Firstly, by supporting adolescent-friendly approaches in promoting Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, secondly, training employees and strengthening organizations working with people living with disabilities and, thirdly, strengthening local authorities through data analysis and research.
