Connexion and A.M. Qattan Foundation had the ambition to bridge the distance between Flanders and Palestine by bringing together artists and stimulating exchange and cooperation through the Flanders Under Construction Festival. An initial evaluation of the Under Construction Festival shows that the project successfully applies to collaboration and co-production.
